Why Do I Care?

Why do I feel this way? Why am I so emotional? Why do things have to feel so trivial...and existential? Is it because I'm selfish, and I value my life? Or do I want things in order; razor thin like a knife? Why do things matter? Why do I care? Do I dare to explore? Do I even dare? I guess I'm scared of the pain, the fear of being wrong. Where does that leave me? Where do I belong? The unknown is what's so jarring, and beyond my own grasp. I try to ignore it, but my mind begins to relapse. Will I ever be satisfied? Will I know for sure? It seems I'm looking for answers, but without a cure. I guess I'll keep looking. Which is only fair. I'm desperate for answers. And that's why I care.

INT. HOSPITAL ROOM – THE NEXT FEW DAYS DINA slowly wakes up to the sound of a heart monitor. To her left are a bouquet of flowers, and “get well soon” cards. Half an acre away, DINA notices a figure resembling ROB walking towards a specific tombstone. He sets down a bouquet of flowers on that tombstone, salutes, and walks away without another word. My name is Ryan Hartwell, and I am a big fan of literature, especially in the works of fantasy. I live in the State of Washington, I love to sing, act, and write. My favorite movie genres are action, horror, drama, comedy, and sci-fi. Voice Acting Gig

I just want to let everyone know I'm voicing a character in an adult independent animated series called "Roswell". It's a small part, but it should be fun. The story's about 3 high school friends in Roswell, NM (the location of the 1947 UFO incident). Josh, the main character, recently lost his grandfather, who witnessed the said incident from way back when. Now Josh is obsessed with aliens, and all things UFO's, and is willing to prove that they're real. Strange things are happening in his town, and it's up to him, and his 2 best friends to figure out what's going on. The project is currently being funding on Indiegogo, so if anyone wants to chip in, that would be great. We have until the end of the week to reach the deadline. For those who are wondering, yes I have been looking for an illustrator for DJ - Dina. And now I've found one. Her name is Tawna Duncan, and you may know her as the creator of the Gravity Falls fan comic "Immortal Pines". I really love her art style, and I feel like it'll fit the tone of the story. She agreed to be part of the project, and we're hoping to get it off the ground. There are some technicalities to go through, but I have faith things will work out.
